Parent Support Advisor

My name is Fiona Bywater and I am the Parent Support Advisor here at Morice Town Primary Academy and at Drake Primary Academy.  I am based in the SENCO's office. I work Monday - Wednesday and appointments can be made via the school office. My role is to provide impartial support which can be achieved in a variety of ways to meet your needs; 

• To listen, answer queries or discuss concerns
• Provide parenting advice, support with bedtimes and boundaries
• Assisting with paperwork such as forms and letters
• Advice and support if you are going through divorce or separation
• Bereavement or loss
• Accompanying you to meetings in regard to your child in school
• Sign posting to other services and agencies that may be able to help you further.
