Complaints

We strive to build good links with our parents and wider community, however we appreciate there will be occasions when there may be differing opinions and a complaint may arise. It is always best to deal with these immediately as they arise. Any concern or complaint may be easily rectified by discussing it with a member of staff. Initially this may be the class teacher, or the head teacher or a member of the senior leadership team if the first discussion did not resolve the issue.

Should these first steps prove unsuccessful then the complaint can addressed through Reach South’s formal complaint procedures. This policy is available on their website and  can be provided in printed form on request at the school office.
